At Reduced to Clear, we strive for total satisfaction with every purchase; however, due to the nature of our clearance food products, we can only accept returns on items that are damaged or significantly differ from their description.
Inspect Your Order
Upon delivery, please immediately check all items for damage or quality issues, as claims must be initiated within 48 hours of receipt.
Contact Support
Send an email to our customer service team with your order number and clear photos of the damaged or incorrect food items.
Receive Authorization
Our team will review your claim and provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number if the request meets our safety and quality guidelines.
Refund Processing
Once your claim is approved, we will issue a credit to your original payment method or provide a store voucher within 3-5 business days.
